The phone's grade does not meet the excellent condition! The screen has a small but very noticeable scratch in the middle of the screen. Everything else is functional! very sad about the scratch tho!

I absolutely love it , I was expecting scratches or dents . there was nothing absolutely nothing wrong with it 😜 . I love my new purple flip 😍 . thanks to you guys it was affordable for me to get what I wanted .

I really like this phone, I have been using it for about a month. I have recently noticed though that it is pretty magnetic. Picks up my hairpin from the desk, also gets quite hot if I use it for an hour or so. What could be the problem? Thanks

I love the phone but it's got a line through the centre of the phone were it folds. I know it's not new but I thought the screen would be better. Is there anything I can do to it to make it not so noticeable without spending 100S on a new screen?

I am very happy with my purchase. From the ease of ordering to price and delivery, all was very simple (being a more mature user). The phone does just what it should, at more than half the price of a new one. Excellent value for money.As I have only been using the phone for a few weeks, I'll wait and see how it's fare's after a few months of me putting it through its paces!

Absolutely brilliant product. It was rated as 'fair', which meant it could have had scratches or marks on it. This wasn't an issue for me as it was going straight into a phone case. However, this device was in perfect condition, not a mark on it (that I could see!) Came with battery life to allow me to transfer all the data from the old phone to the new one, and set it up fully on the charge in it. I would highly recommend Back Market, and will be using them again!
