    Phone in very good condition, especially for one that’s supposedly refurbished! Only downside is the maximum battery capacity is 90%, but for a phone that’s atleast a year old and hasn’t got any marks or other problems, I’ll take it over spending thousands on a brand new one!

    The whole process was super simple. I bought a phone in perfect condition and have not had any issues at all. I have had refurbished phones in the past from less reputable sites and the phone is either not as advertised or has issues but my experience from BackMarket ghas been very different; my new phone is perfect.

    I needed to get a new phone. For cost and environmental reasons I looked at a refurbished pre owned. Chose the model I wanted to upgrade to, then it was just a case of deciding on the memory and condition of the phone. I chose ‘Fair’ Condition because the difference in price between fair and immaculate was £200. My phone arrived quickly and in the time scale advised. The condition was much better than I had been expecting. Altogether I was delighted with my choice, the service, the price and delivery. A no brainer decision - win, win, win! Don’t dither - go for it.

    Honestly - I am really pleased with the phone I ordered from Back Market. I could not believe how easy the whole process was. I My phone screen was completely dead and the cost of replacing it was almost the same as the price I paid for the phone I ordered. They keep me informed on the progress of the order and I was gobsmacked that I received the phone the very next day having only ordered it late afternoon the previous day! The phone came with a new charging lead and even the little pin thing that you need to remove the sim card from the old phone. I totally recommend these guys if you are thinking of getting a refurbished phone. Mine, although the same model, seems to be even better than my old phone, I also took out an extended warranty which seemed to be a very reasonable price. Thank you. Really pleased!

    I was never going to enjoy having a new phone. I hate the idea of living my life through apps and screens. But this does all I need it to, was relatively easy to master, behaves well without being intrusive (now I've trained it), and feels all the better for being recycled/refurbished. I'm happy.     I was a little concerned buying another reconditioned phone having had a less than smooth experience returning a faulty one to an Amazon Marketplace seller. No worries here. I thought the packaging was a little unusual but it did the job. The phone arrived quicker than expected and in perfect condition. Having checked it out fairly thoroughly I am satisfied that it works perfectly too. All in all I am a very happy customer.

    My son dropped a dumbbell on his iPhone so was looking for a replacement. I was a little concerned about purchasing a refurbished phone but needn’t have worried. The quality was excellent, battery health was close to 100% and we even received cables and a screen protector. Based on our experience we would definitely buy again.
