    I have received my I phone 13 pro max 128GB today. I am very impressed with the service at Back Market my iPhone 13 Pro Max arrived in excellent condition! No scratches on the screen, camera lenses or the back. Battery percentage was 90%. Express delivery came very fast and phone is absolutely amazing you can’t even tell it’s refurbished it’s like new . I am really pleased with the product and the service. 100% recommend. I will be definitely come back. Thank you Back Market.

    That’s it I will never buy a new iPhone again or any phone for that matter. Backs market is my go to place now for that. I only upgraded from an 11 to a 12 pro max 512 GB which is perfect for what I need and it’s just like a brand new phone for half the price of a new one. Just bought my partner one for Xmas as well . Top quality great customer service and a very prompt delivery. I’ll be back soon looking for a refurbished Mack book pro Thanks A1

    It was my first time buying on Back Market, so I was somewhat apprehensive about buy an expensive, refurbished phone. I have been pleasantly surprised. The phone was in excellent condition, as new. The remaining iPhone battery life was slightly lower than expected but still ok at 89%. The phone arrived when it said it would so no complaints on that front. Overall, it was a good experience and would probably look to buy another phone on Back MArket when the time comes.

    This phone was marked as Fair and I expected to see a few marks or scratches. When it arrived I couldn't believe how perfect it was, it's like new! Great value along with a warranty. What more could you aske for? Thank you Back Market, I will definitely be shopping with you again, next is a new/refurbished Laptop when I am able to save some pennies.

    The phone comes in quickly,,as I open it it looks like some one just post it suddenly just taking out the SIM,,finger marks on all over with lots of dust around camera,that shows how much it refurbished??but I gave all five stars,,cause the machine is fine*****

    Had my new Google Pixel 7 Pro for a few weeks now, took a 'gamble' purchasing one at "fair" quality to save some money, and am so glad I did. The device is basically perfect and has no obvious hardware defects. Software is glitchless, too. This is my second phone purchase from Backmarket and I will always reccomend it to others as the best way to purchase a new device sustainably.

    I bought an iPhone 13 in excellent condition and was really impressed by how new it looked. Only a couple of tiny marks that you wouldn't notice unless you were really looking for them. My daughter is delighted with her new phone. I'd definitely buy from Backmarket again.

    I was looking to replace my iPhone XR and it seemed that a iPhone 13 would do the job. Looking at the site where I got my XR was a little pricey. Googling presented Back Market. Nice price but delivery a bit delayed. I plumped for the iPhone and was surprised to it delivered two days later - yay! Checking the phone over, screen is pristine, there are about two small dents which I will never see as I use a case. The battery life on this phone is brilliant. All in all very happy with my purchase.

    Soo happy with my IPhone 13, some tiny cosmetic scuffs along the edge which are covered by the case anyway. Battery life is much improved on the last phone I had. Just hoping I get the money for the phone I’ve traded in!

    Bought new phone as I had dropped my iphone XS and was unusable. Ordered and came next day, despite anticipated 2-3 day delivery - so was very pleased. I bought ‘Good’ iphone 12, not expecting such good quality, no scratches or chips on screen. Apart from very tiny chips around camera ring which does not affect phone or camera quality at all. Very good deal and will use again. Battery health around 84% when it arrived
