    I purchased a iPhone 8 and was very pleased with the product as looked as if it was New. The reason bought was a gift for my mum as her iPhone was experiencing battery problems. I would recommend this company to buy refurbished products

    Got a “fair” 512 GB 13 Pro Max. I wasn’t honestly expecting much since I got it for a very low price with replaced new battery, so I thought the body must be beaten up. Got the package in about 4-5 days. I must say, it was the best decision of my life in terms of buying an electronic device. The device was flawless. The screen wasn’t scratched at all, neither was the body. However, when I looked at the phone closely, I saw a little bit of the adhesive on the screen edges, particularly at the bottom of the screen. Kind of expected since the refurbisher would have to open the body to replace the battery and do an inspection. One thing if I had to nitpick about Back Market, it is the fact that I didn’t know that I had only 5 days from the date of purchase to get myself a 12 months or 24 months insurance. I am not entisure if they explicitly mentioned this during the transaction. I assumed (my fault) like we have with Apple Care, I would have a few more days to decide if I wanted the insurance. All in all, it was a good purchase and I will definitely get back for my next purchase.

    The purchase was super simple and easy to do. Delivery time was great, mine arrived within 3 days. The phone itself is great and exactly what i ordered. The only slight hiccup is the front facing camera isn’t the best; it almost feels as if there’s a smudge underneath the screen so the picture looks less sharp (my old phone had a better front camera than this one). I otherwise wouldn’t be concerned but I did purchase the pristine condition phone and whilst I understand it is a refurbished phone, the quality on the camera isn’t exactly what I expected. I have wiped the front camera many times and it still appears to be smudgy so the outside definitely isn’t the issue. Apart from this, on the whole the phone is of great condition and exactly what was described and I’m happy with my purchase.

    I have never bought a second hand phone before, so did so with some reservation, but I couldn't be happier. I opted for a phone with a reconditioned battery, it arrived, charged up and I was good to go. I was a little concerned by the notification about the screen "may not be genuine", but that message disappeared after two weeks, and I cannot tell whether it is genuine or not as it works perfectly.

    I would highly recommend this site when buying new tech! I got the iPhone 13 Pro in good condition and I am very pleased to say the least! It came fast… earlier than expected!! The condition is nearly perfect and for the price, I can’t complain about any imperfections so overall, I am very pleased about my experience with buying through Back Market! 🫶🏻

    -Good app and service experience. The product was well packaged. - Phone was in the condition described, -Why 4 stars? They didn't say its screen was replaced with a none apple screen so I'm now plagued with an alert saying the screen is not genuine or incorrectly installed.This error message, never, ever goes away; irritating but phone still usable.

    Very disappointed as I went for the best, most expensive option, only to find out the display has been changed with a non standard apple part - warning on Iphone. Really did not expect this and will most probably return phone

    Purchased my 13 pro from BackMarket and so far very happy with it. It arrived safely and had no marks on it at all, despite being only ‘good’ condition on the site. I opted to have a new battery put in at additional cost, so effectively got a new phone for half the price. Only fault is that the white plastic on the charging cable has come off (when you pull it out of the phone it sides off), but I’ve upgrade to MagSafe and have lots of cables so this isn’t a deal breaker for me. Great service and highly recommend.
