    I opted for the "excellent" rated iPhone 13 pro thinking I'd be getting something close to a like new recycled iPhone. I was a little disappointed that the phone had a few bits of dirt and grime around the lens and speaker. Nothing I could not clean off myself. And in fairness other than this the iPhone is is in excellent condition. When I managed to update to my previous settings (which was an ordeal but largely due to Apple and iOS 17.1 and no fault of backmarket nor with the iPhone) I learnt the battery health is only 87% which again was a little disappointing although within the boundaries backmarket sets. So overall the iPhone is perfectly as described and is a substantial upgrade on my old one at a fraction of the new price. I have no real complaints and will no doubt by refurbished again in the future. The communication from backmarket has been perfect too. If you are on the fence as to whether to buy refurbished or not I'd say go for it based on my experience.

    Great refurbished iPhone 12, fast delivery and a good price. As described in good condition with no marks to the screen, however I keep getting an alert in settings saying it may have a non apple battery. This isn’t an issue, just wish the red 1 would go off the settings app. Overall a good purchase and would use this company again and recommend them.

    Got to say how impressed I am with my new IPhone 12 Pro Max…..even though it’s a refurbished phone you wouldn’t actually know it……from delivery, setup to general day to day use I’ve got no complaints……and it’s great to have a battery that doesn’t drain at the drop of a hat…….given the quality I’ll definitely be looking at an Apple Mac as my next purchase.

    I am extremely happy with the IPhone 12 that I bought for my daughter’s Christmas present. She is delighted as well. It’s better than I even expected it to be. Would definitely use Back Market again in the future to purchase a refurbished IPhone.

    I purchased a second-hand iPhone 13 Pro described as being in good condition. True to the description, it only has some dirt on the camera ring and minimal screen marks that are barely visible, especially with a screen protector. The battery is at 87%, meeting the product's minimum recommendation of 85%. While I had hoped for a higher percentage, the phone functions perfectly, resembling a new iPhone with the screen protector on. Despite initial skepticism about buying a used or refurbished phone, but I was aiming to save for the next iPhone with actual significant changes. I'm content with my purchase. Anyway, After a month of use, I haven't found any issues aside from the mentioned ones. This information might be helpful for potential buyers. Additionally, you can contact customer service via email, and they might offer options like replacing the battery for an extra cost or suggesting a replacement after a year or so depending to your intent.     The battery isn’t as good as my old ‘work’ iPhone 13. But it lasts all day (so not a huge problem). Apart from that it’s faultless. Great communication from Back Market. And a bargain compared to buying a new one. Refurbished is the way forward.
