    I ordered a Dell Precision 3581 from Back Market and so far I am very happy with my purchase. My laptop arrived promptly and it's condition was comparable with brand new. Everything works perfectly. It was a huge saving versus a new one and it's also great to have saved a lot of waste by choosing a refurbished product. Great experience - would definitely recommend!

    Really great service from Back Market! The monitors arrived quickly, the set up was easy, and the display and the condition was great! They still look brand new 11 days later! And the price was good too - £200 for x2 27" monitors Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for refurbished tech!

    Excellent purchase, super pleased with it! The laptop is practically new and worked like a charm straight out of the box. The one slight detail I can notice is that the keys are a bit slow to respond, but it's barely perceptible. I got an amazing laptop for £400 less than new. This is not my first refurbished laptop, I prefer to buy refurbished because I don't believe in the latest tech every year and want to minimize waste. It is my first purchase from BackMarket, and I am super satisfied with both the quality of my product and of the service. Will recommend and use again

    First class the IPad 10.2 (2021) 9th generation 64Gb came brand new still wrapped up in its original wrapper. Yes it’s 2021 model getting sold in 2024 but thanks a bunch . It was easy to set up beside my old slow iPad and it flys at some pace through the webpages etc . What a fantastic front 12mp camera it’s spot on also . I would and will definitely recommend backmarket again to all my friends etc . Keep up the good work. Andrew

    I have been using the Microsoft surface laptop go for a couple months now. The condition was perfect honestly. The battery life isn’t the best but that’s not the sellers fault, but just something to consider. I wasn’t sure about buying a used laptop but I’m glad I did!

    Make sure to check all of the images of the actual device before buying. I didn’t notice that that my iPad was scuffed on two of the corners. Ultimately it’s my fault not for checking, and it’s not a problem as I have a an iPad case that covers the damage anyway. Aside from this, it was very much like un boxing a new Apple product.

    I was contemplating between purchasing from Apple directly or from here. I’ve never bought any Apple products 2nd hand, mainly because I like the security of having the Apple Warranty, but tried my luck and went with Back Market. To kick things off on a good note, I managed to bag this model (12.9” - 2022 + 5G) for cheaper than the non-cellular option in “excellent” condition. To seal the deal ? The iPad arrived in pristine condition, and it has Apple Warranty till next year January 2025 !!!! What luck right ? Only down hearted part was it literally arrived wrapped in bubble-wrap and no power socket although the listed said so. Was not best please about it, reached out to Back Market to see what they come back with, overall a happy customer and would absolutely recommend.

    I bought this Dell laptop from back market. I am honestly suprised with the condition of the laptop it looks brand new and also runs like brand new. I have another laptop that i brought brand new and this is way better than that laptop.I am 100% using this site again for all my tech needs. I strongly recommend you all do too. My delivery was quicker than the delivery date i was told but that is always a plus in my books😁

    The service was excellent and super speedy and the iPod in great condition, just as described and easy to set up. Only drawback is that the iPod's battery life is very short - after 2 hours of use it goes from being fully charged, to on the red, and telling me there is less than 20% left. Which is a drawback.
