    I was looking for a replacement MacBook Air for a family member and was thrilled when I saw the price on BackMarket for the exact model I was after. Placed the order, was kept updated throughout the process and when it arrived (much earlier than expected which was a HUGE bonus) I was THRILLED. The condition of the MacBook Air was listed as “Good” but it was closer to “Excellent”, and to my surprise, it came with a brand new silicone cover, new Bluetooth mouse and headphones! My family member is SO happy with the replacement MacBook and I’m SO HAPPY with my first experience of BackMarket. Will 100% be ordering from them again soon… refurbished is the future!

    This is my first MacBook and I am amazed at the quality of the product as I bought the good version of it. The MacBook is old but I can’t complain as it works well even though it is a 2017 model. I was expecting excellent battery life but due to the intel chip, I can not expect much. Safe to say I am impressed by back market’s service. This is my second product from this company.

    Battery lasted for 6 months before giving up, Mac can only be used when plugged in. Not a major issue and I will look to replace myself however disappointing. Returns process seems very long and removing all data and logins not worth the $40 for a new battery.

    The laptop doesn’t hold charge and as it was a Christmas present for my 11yr old daughter. This isn’t what we expect. All this should have been checked before being sent out to customers
