After I lost my phone (put it on the roof of the car and forgot! Idiot!) I wasn't expecting to receive such a good quality replacement with all of the associated items. I was expecting ultimately to have to buy a new one. It was a very nice surprise as the replacement is virtually brand new, or at least you wouldn't know the difference. I would definitely recommend and again use 'Back Market' if I have a future need,

J'avais commandé auprès de ce revendeur un Xperia 1, et il m'a été envoyé un Xperia 5... j'ai fait un retour, le revendeur m'a formellement attesté qu'il ne pouvait pas effectuer le remplacement (conséquence logique : il n'avait donc pas d'Xperia 1) or ce même revendeur a toujours une annonce où il vend des téléphones prétendument "Xperia 1". Revendeur à fuir ! En revanche, service BackMarket irréprochable.
