Absolutely dreadful. 1 star isn't low enough to describe how awful this transaction was. 1st - they sent the wrong phone. 2nd - it arrived with screen burn not in perfect condition as advertised. 3rd - on charging it set off its own alarm to tell you it was going to catch fire and it smelled of burning. 4th - customer services, begrudgingly, gave me my money back. Nothing else. No money off. No discount. No good will gesture. Nowt other than an 'nevermind' attitude. Essentially Back Market are happy with vendors selling dangerous electronic goods likely to cause fire. Article globalement conforme mais mauvaise surprise lorsque j'ai voulu acheter une coque... le format et l'épaisseur et l'emplacement de certains boutons ne correspondent pas de quelques millimètres. J'ai toujours acheté mes coques chez 1001coques, également pour un autre A51 de Backmarket, jamais eu de problème. 1001coques me l'a même échangée mais le problème reste le même et est bien lié au téléphone puisque la nouvelle coque s'adapte parfaitement à mon 1er A51 mais pas au 2ème... Bonne expérience d'achat sur BackMarket. Site Internet bien structuré sur lequel il est facile de naviguer, avec de nombreux choix et critères. Le smartphone Samsung Galaxy A51 5G reçu est en parfait état comme attendu, aucune rayure. Le téléphone est en très bon état et il est arrivé très vite. Le tout petit bémol était la version de software Android en version 10 et qui posait problème pour la carte SIM.
