It all went smoothly except my ability to swap the data over from an old like for like phone. Old phone has a charging port issue only ( yes I defluffed it). phone charge port intermittent charging and headphone jack does not work no music through headphones. contact customer service, directs you to your account that says sorry, no orders as yet. back to the beginning, same again!! phone has to be put into a 3rd part to fix at my expense as I can't get through to this company, cost £70! What use is a years warranty if you can't make a claim. Would I recommend or buy again?
