    Je suis contente d'avoir repris un Motorola pour garder l'habitude avec mon précédant. Cependant, j'ai eu la mauvaise surprise de ne plus pouvoir débloquer mon écran (après accès avec l'empreinte digitale, par moments, le téléphone demande un code PIN de 6 chiffres) car il n'a jamais accepté mon code (que je connais). Après 67 tentatives, je me suis finalement dit que le tel avait un problème. Seule solution (après avoir consulté l'aide sur le site Motorola et auprès d'un réparateur de téléphones), il faut le réinitialiser comme en sortie d'usine. Il est possible de sauvegarder les infos grâce au compte Google mais pour cela... il faut avoir accès au téléphone, chose impossible dans mon cas. je suis donc contrainte de réinitialiser mon téléphone et de perdre toutes les infos que j'avais emmagasiné dessus...D'après le réparateur consulté, c'est un souci qui arrive à tous téléphones et toutes marques... C'est la première fois que ça m'arrive et je ne blâme personne. J'hésite cependant à le renvoyer pour prendre une autre marque... Je ne sais pas si ça pourra régler le problème.     Le téléphone marche bien, le seul point noir c'est que le produit n'est pas vendu avec une coque en silicone pour protéger le téléphone. C'est des frais en plus.
