I'm really happy with the MacBook Pro so far and it even came with an upgrade to 32gb RAM. It all seems to work well and I'm pleased with it. I chose Good condition and there's just very minimal cosmetic wear and tear. It arrived promptly and the only dodgy part was that Royal Mail left it outside without asking for a signature, plus I feel it wasn't packaged that brilliantly, but no apparent harm done. A great purchase and seller, and I'm looking forward to working with this refurbished and much needed upgrade to my old laptop, running programmes like FCPX. Would recommend.

I have to say I'm extremely happy with my purchase. The device is actually in excellent rather than just very good condition, with a barely visible dink on the top of the cover. The screen is epic, the build superb and battery in great condition after running diags. Delivery was as promised. I will definitely buy another refurbished Apple device from Back Market. Thank you. Macbook arrived in good time and works perfectly. It was in 'Fair' condition but it has some pretty hefty dents on it. It's okay I've bought a hard case for it but I was a little surprised at the dents. Some scratches on the back which are fine and the screen is in perfect condition. Overall happy with my order but I would possibly get good to excellent if I was to order again. Thank you

So far, so good. I have enjoyed every bit of the MacBook. Easy access, fast, wide screen. However, whenever I plug in the charger to charge the laptop, the charger gives off a funny sound at the point of contact with the power outlet. Then after some minutes, it stops. What could be the problem? I will like to know.

I bought fair condition. It’s is perfect quality and very good laptop, good sound and god graphics, only small scratch in the side but not very visible. The only think that I struggle it is the battery. It was so bad like 10 minutes, 10% down. But I used for 2 more days, just to make sure about the battery but after, the battery start to work more properly, lasting more. But i will be paying attention about that to see if it get worse or it will be good.
