An honest review. Read this if you are unsure. I ordered the MacBook Pro M1 2020 (Very good/Excellent) and overall I'd say im happy with it. It's my first MacBook so there has been a slight learning curve but nothing too difficult. It's great for what I need it for; Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Logic all work fine on the M1 chip. I do feel like the grade I got doesn't fully match the product I received. The apple logo on the back is pretty scuffed as well as there being a few scratches. The scratches are small but they are visible from far away (further than 20cm as listed). Amongst those minor visible defects, unfortunately, the space bar isn't hooked on properly so when I'm typing I have to make sure to slow down a bit in order to hit it properly. From what I can tell, it shouldn't be a difficult fix but I feel like the keys should have been put on properly if I'm paying what I paid at the advertised "excellent quality". Taking into consideration the downsides to this, I feel like it's more then worth it to take a slight hit on the quality as if I were to buy this for brand new I would be paying close to £400 extra. There was no single visible scratch . Laptop looked as brand new as can be, no evidence of wear , it works fine no issues as of yet and hopefully none will occur. Got an excellent condition MacBook Pro 13 inch M1 2020 Space Grey 256 GB and 8GB RAM. One/Two scratches on the outer case with few edges on the sides but overall very happy with the order. Battery was on 88% which is still decent enough for the price I paid. MacBook was perfect quality! Wanted one that felt brand new, so went for the most expensive option, and it felt like it had come straight from Apple! There were a couple of visible scratches on the bottom of the MacBook, but that doesn’t bother me as it’s bound to be scratched within a couple of days use. The screen is also perfect, not a flaw in sight with this MacBook. MacBook came with Ventura, but easily updated to Sonoma. I am happy with the MacBook … only slight issue is the keyboard seems a bit stiff but believe it’s not something major . MacBook came clean with AppleCare subscription as an addition .
