The laptop was marked as 'good.' Unfortunately, almost all the corners of the body (3 out of 4 on the top part, 1 out of 4 on the bottom part) are damaged. Two of them are heavily damaged, with both the top and bottom visibly bent. I requested a partial refund, but they claim it's good enough for them.
