Hi, Firstly let me say I am happy with the quality and condition of the MacBook Air that you sent, my complaint is that the one you sent me has only 4GB of storage when you advertised it as 8GB!! Also your delivery people were dreadful, they said they had delivered when in fact they never even bothered coming to my house and dropped the package at a local collection point. I know this because I was at home when they said they had delivered and checked our cctv and no delivery was attempted..... they blatantly lied saying they had attempted!!!MacBook Air 11.6-inch (2015) - Core i5 - 8GB SSD 128 QWERTY - EnglishPurchased on the 29 January 2024
