5/5Bought two IPhone SE (2020) for the kids and could be happier. Firstly the price was very good. Best we saw for the refurbished ones we wanted. Delivery was very quick. The product was excellent. I left it a little late to open the packages, and was thinking about ordering a case. Not only were they both in amazing condition but they came with a screen protector (already attached), a case, a cable and a stylus. So impressed. I will be back. 4.5/5This phone seems very good and I would recommend the website to others. Postage and packaging fantastic. Price really wonderful for this model with the warranty. The phone was listed as fair condition and I think this is accurate for a refurbished phone. On eBay this would be listed as good. There are scratches around the phone that are not visible when using it. The only small gripe I have is that the battery has been replaced with a third party battery not approved by Apple. This is not a big problem for me at all, but it does mean that battery health analysis doesn't work so the phone isn't quite 'fully functional'. It's possible that this was made clear on the listing or in the fine print and I just didn't notice! Anyway thanks very much, overall a great buying experience so far. One observation is however, whilst it has been acknowledged that the battery warning sign will pop up due to a refurbished battery put in place, the battery status is not accurately shown as it will power off when the battery is drained, but it would still show as 100% (or a % that wouldn't worry me about low battery).
