Backmarket is genuinely so good!! My iPad came after literally a day and the condition was so perfect it seems new. The box said apple certified refurbished, and came with instructions, a cable (no adapter though) and the apple stickers. The only weird thing is it wasn’t powdered off before being sent, so the was literally playing audio inside the box before I opened it, but this honestly wasn’t a big deal because the condition was just so good. In terms of the device, I don’t know what I would do without it now and I’ve only had it for 2 weeks. I would recommend to anyone!!

ipad itself is good. looks and feels perfect. only downside is that it randomly powers off and before it glitches and shows a purple or blue screen which is quite worrying. Other than that it’s not bad.

I purchased the ipad air for my 11 year old son for his Christmas present. He's absolutely over the moon with it! The ipad was in immaculate condition, and looked brand new! Ordered the iPad mainly for work purposes as it’s lighter than carrying my laptop around Pros: The iPad was delivered the next day, which was nice and It works just like brand new Cons: had a slight chip on the edge, I use a case so it doesn’t bother me but worth noting. this isn’t as important for me but if you’re buying this as a gift for someone: it didn’t come with original packaging Overall great purchase.

Really pleased with new iPad. Lots of new features that the old one didn’t have. Took a while to transfer info from old to new which was a bit frustrating but managed it eventually. Probably down to user error. Photographs cam across that I hadn’t seen for ages! Would have been useful to be offered the correct charging device in with the package obviously at extra charge as old one wasn’ powerful enough. So far going smoothly.😁

ipad was in impeccable condition and i couldn’t even tell that it had been previously used. my only qualm with the purchase (although very minor) was that the usb-c charging cable was not of very good quality, and there was no usb-c charger head included in the box. altogether though, i’m very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it.
