I didnt think to open the package and check before as I bought several phones before and never had an issue, daughter opened it to find the screen all smashed in and the colour we ordered which was grey was actually dark blue. I thought to message customer care before leaving this review to be told they can not do anything but if I want I can send it to their partners repair shop and pay for it myself. Not helpful at all, feel totally scammed. Would no longer recommend and will be telling everyone not to order from here. Packaging absolutely terrible and easily get damaged in transit and backmarket dont care unless you rip it open as soon as it arrives and check everything. Thanks alot backmarket down £75 and my daughter still doesn't have a phone.Galaxy J6+Overall performance
