Really pleased about my purchase of the ps4 works and functioning well. The only thing that was disappointing was the controller it was absolutely filthy and so much gunk in the buttons and all over. Very disappointing on Christmas morning for my kids to receive this PS4 only to not be able to use it. It requires a system update which can only be done by using other devices plus a USB stick to download required update. I do not have a USB storage device, the item did not arrive with one, and therefore it is completely unusable to us. Super disappointing. Devices should be usable on purchase - not require a bunch of additional purchases before it is usable. Would not recommend.PlayStation 4 ProOverall performance
