    Great laptop and service. It arrived like new - sealed and Apple Refurbished, so certainly worthy of ‘Excellent’, category. Unfortunately it was a US MacBook Pro but the only difference was the lack of £ key and US plug. It came with a US travel adapter but I felt this wasn’t good enough. The Backmarket team were superb and gave me £30 to pay for duck foot plug. Excellent service. Second item I have bought from them this year. 100% recommended.

    I really like the idea of re-using existing kit. We've bought multiple items from backmarket (all apple) and very happy each time - cheaper than the official Apple refurbished ones (and the children will scratch their phones in no time anyway). the MacBook Pro was exactly as advertised; it had one small scratch on the shell however the screen is impeccable. and it was thoroughly cleaned. thank you

    An honest review. Read this if you are unsure. I ordered the MacBook Pro M1 2020 (Very good/Excellent) and overall I'd say im happy with it. It's my first MacBook so there has been a slight learning curve but nothing too difficult. It's great for what I need it for; Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Logic all work fine on the M1 chip. I do feel like the grade I got doesn't fully match the product I received. The apple logo on the back is pretty scuffed as well as there being a few scratches. The scratches are small but they are visible from far away (further than 20cm as listed). Amongst those minor visible defects, unfortunately, the space bar isn't hooked on properly so when I'm typing I have to make sure to slow down a bit in order to hit it properly. From what I can tell, it shouldn't be a difficult fix but I feel like the keys should have been put on properly if I'm paying what I paid at the advertised "excellent quality". Taking into consideration the downsides to this, I feel like it's more then worth it to take a slight hit on the quality as if I were to buy this for brand new I would be paying close to £400 extra.     Another great deal from the guys at BackMarket and the teams of refurbishers around the UK; the first were two Apple iPhone SEs that were in excellent condition and work perfectly, and now this impressive Apple MacBook Pro - also excellent condition and not a mark on it. It replaces our 2009 MacBook which still works incredibly well but is slower than a slow thing. The M2 chip on this new one is amazing! Delivery-wise, the MacBook was packaged well by Loop Mobile and arrived sooner than expected Well done Loop, and well done BackMarket

    I ordered the MacBook Pro 13inch 2020 model M1 chip in fair condition. A few scratches on the bottom but the screen is as good as new & the machine works like new. The battery health percentage was 85%. Overall, I had no worries trusting backmarket it’s my number 1 refurbished seller! I requested a 512MB SSD and they upgraded my storage to 1TB so I’m very pleased with that. Definitely recommend.

    I bought a MacBook Pro M1 16gb RAM. I was initially looking for a MacBook Air but after seeing the deals that BackMarket offered, I was pleased to find I could afford a Pro model. I found that the price was extremely good value for money. I’m not sure why, but at the time of making my order, the Excellect condition model at 512GB was cheaper than the Fair condition model at 256GB. I thought “RESULT”. I purchased the excellent condition model at 512GB storage, and was already pleased by the price and the promise of the condition. The delivery was speedy and on par with the timeframe they provided. Upon receiving the model, I was thrilled to see the condition. There are extremely minor signs of usage, but they are absolutely minute and to be expected with any refurbished item. In the package, there was a handwritten note from the MacBook company that had sent my laptop. It provided details of the product etc, and upon flipping the note over, it read “We’ve given you a 1TB model, enjoy!!”.     My Macbook arrived quickly and I am very impressed with the condition! Minor signs of use but pretty much perfect. It's super quick and battery lasts all day. Will definitely be buying more items from Back Market as it saved so much money. The only issue was the non-apple charger that comes with the laptop, the connection was weak so it kept going on and off charge, had to buy an authentic Apple charger instead and it's now completely fine. Shame I couldn't buy a refurbished Apple charger with the purchase.

    Laptop was in "excellent" condition. The box said Apple Refurbished and the battery only had 4 charge cycles. So very happy. A minor annoyance was that the Apple Magsafe charger didn't have a 3 pin UK adapter... but was easily fixed.

    I had a Mac book pro 2015 and needed to replace it. I was uncertain about buying a reconditioned device, never done it before. Bought a Mac book pro 2021 14 inches with M1 Pro 8 core. Ordered on Sunday, arrived on Tuesday morning. Can’t express my satisfaction. So far so too good. Arrived in its original box with original accessories too. Tried to work on it and also to connect to my remote workstation. Everything quite exceptional. Thank you Back Market. Will update the review in case of any issue.

    This is the second purchase I have made through back market. I am grateful that I found them!! A very professional company and very smooth ordering and receiving process. My MacBook was in way way better condition than I thought it would be, definitely could have passed for “excellent”. It works very well and the most important thing is that it was a lot cheaper than buying a brand new one. I like the ease of just picking the condition and product you want and don’t have to go through every single company that does refurbished products, back market kinda do that bit for you. I usually look at reviews myself before I buy things so hopefully this helps someone. Not a thing I would fault so far :)
