    Very pleased with the Lenovo Thinkpad I thought it would be refurbished but it looked brand new. Company easy to deal with communication was brilliant. Came very quickly . Would definitely buy from them again.

    I've bought a couple of refurbished Lenovo Think Pads for our field team over the past 12 months but they were from a different refurbisher, not through BackMarket. As the other company didn't have any in stock when I needed another one, and having purchased 3 refurbished mobiles from Back Market before and been delighted, I thought I'd give one a go. The laptop works perfectly and is quick, suggesting that much of the bloat associated with new equipment has been removed. The case is a bit 'shiny', unlike the matt finish I've received before so I suspect this has been done to try to make the laptop look as good as it could, and someone went a bit overboard with the dashboard polish! Personally, I'd have preferred a slightly scratched matt finish but this is a minor gripe. I'm in the process of loading some diagnostic software and this is a time consuming and tricky process but the laptop seems to be handling it ith ease, so if it performs as well in the field once it reaches its new owner, I'll be a happy shopper.

    I am so impressed with everything. The laptop arrived the very next day (to my surprise) and was partly charged and ready to register Windows. It's amazing to get such a quality product so cheap and help reduce environmental impact. I was a bit worried about buying a refurbished product but would definitely do so again!

    It's great, allowed me to do a full reset unlike other refurbished laptops. Geuine windows product. Very good condition and working well.

    I'm very pleased with my refurb Lenovo. Clean and good looking. I used to buy HP Notebooks but when my last one started playing up my spare HP didn't help much, maybe because I'd not switched it on for months, and it was my old Lenovo got me back on-line. So I decided to stay with Lenovo. I'm glad I did.

    The Laptop itself is excellent fires up. But the WiFi on this model of laptop is awful. It drops out a lot. And I remembered that my wife was issued with one of these for work and the WiFi on that one was just as bad. I have since been reading through the releases for the drivers and it looks as though even Lenovo themselves have had several attempts at trying to fix it and failed. I had an old Lenovo usb dongle in my drawer and I plugged that in and no more WiFi struggles. I am a systems engineer and I wanted this laptop to use as a lab environment so it suits me. Just the WiFi has annoyed be a bit.

    I was very skeptical about it all, but am glad to say I am happy with my purchase, the laptop looks good and hardly any scratches to note. The service was good too. I would confidently recommend using their services in future.

    Laptop arrived on time (within 2 days). And it is in very good shape. I was actually pleasantly surprised to see the state of the laptop since its condition online was stated as "Fair". I expected to see major scratches / dents but there is barely any and the laptop is working very well - better than I would expect a 2018 laptop to be working in 2024.

    Stupidly cheap, and far better condition than I expected. I bought it as a spare - I largely use a laptop for writing, emails and browsing - so having checked it out carefully, I've stored it safely. I'll probably use it for travelling and stuff. But great price, hoest services and speedy delivery

    I have had this laptop for several weeks and am very, very pleased with it. even though i used windows in the past getting use to windows 11 is quite a change, however, i actually like windows 11. I will be recommending this site to my friends.
