    Great refurbished iPhone 12, fast delivery and a good price. As described in good condition with no marks to the screen, however I keep getting an alert in settings saying it may have a non apple battery. This isn’t an issue, just wish the red 1 would go off the settings app. Overall a good purchase and would use this company again and recommend them.

    iphone 12 was purchased for a family member and i chose the excellent condition handset. Phone was delivered within a few days and it was perfect! Screen and general handset had zero blemishes etc, it started up like a brand new iphone with the set up as you would expect with a new device. Of course saved some money buying a refurbished device but it also reduces the general environmental impact you would associate with a brand new phone. The only thing that would make this better would be if the phone came in an apple box. I bought one on line to put the phone in (a tenner online!) Would recommend buying a refurb through back market.

    Decided to try out a refurbished phone and have to say i'm really impressed. went for an iPhone 12 in "good" condition and it's in perfect condition. Battery percentage is at 85% but i don't mind that as i know it will still have an original apple battery

    Bought iPhone 12 picked one listed as excellent condition. When it arrived there was a small scratch on corner of front screen but was otherwise in very good condition. Was a bit worried about buying a reconditioned phone but it is in good working order and battery health is also very good. Delivery was very quick and the phone was nice and clean. Would recommend this website.

    I am extremely happy with the IPhone 12 that I bought for my daughter’s Christmas present. She is delighted as well. It’s better than I even expected it to be. Would definitely use Back Market again in the future to purchase a refurbished IPhone.

    First time buying a refurbished phone so thought I'd give BackMarket a go! Have had my new iPhone 12 for a few weeks now and I love it. It's in great condition. Battery health is at 88%, but in comparison to my rubbish old iPhone 8's battery it can get me through the day now. No problems with the software or hardware as far as I can see. Highly recommend using BackMarket for your phone upgrade.

    On the whole I’m happy with the condition of the phone. However, given it is an ‘Excellent’’ rating I’m disappointed that the Battery Health is only 85%. My sister who also purchased a refurbished IPhone 12 with an Excellent rating has 97% Battery Health.

    I am really happy about my iPhone 12 refurbished, though the battery percentage was 96% . At first, I was reluctant to buy my iPhone 12 refurbished on this app but Backmarket kept their promises and I received my phone with good condition not as an excellent but the phone is good and functioning very well. however, I will be 💯 willing to buy other devices from them in future.

    I’m very happy with my reconditioned iPhone 12. It is a little different from my old iPhone, so it’s taking a bit of getting used to, but that’s down to me not the phone. I’m very happy with the phone and service I received from Backmarket, and definitely recommend them. I shall be returning when I need a new phone.

    Hi - I ordered an "excellent" condition iPhone 12 128GB from Back Market. Previously I had an iPhone SE so despite being quite an old phone now the iPhone 12 was a big step up for me. I'm enjoying the significantly better camera and the larger screen. Also I'm not missing the home button. The phone was pretty much as I expected and was in very good condition. There was one noticeable scuff mark on the lower outside casing but apart from that the phone looked as new. The battery runs down a little quicker than my iPhone SE but nothing significant here. Overall I'm delighted with my purchase and will definitely be recommending Back Market to anyone in the market for a refurbished phone. I will no doubt be looking to upgrade in the next year or two and will definitely be revisiting Back Market to see what is available.
