    Had to upgrade from an iphone 7 for compatibility with an Apple Watch : decided to purchase a refurbished iphone 11 from Back Market after seeing positive reviews The phone arrived within 48 hours good communications and looks brand new.. Battery not apple recognised but keeps a good charge Very impressed would highly recommend Back Market

    Really pleased with my iPhone 11. I ordered the excellent condition and it came like new! My only criticism would be that the battery isn’t too great but that is probably expected to some extent with a refurbished phone. Overall I am really pleased with my new phone and would recommend Back Market.

    Ordered a refurbished iPhone 11 pro. The phone came from Phones Direct in one of their boxes and was packaged well. To be fair the phone was as described and in excellent condition no scratched or marks on the case or screen, in fact it looked like a brand new phone. I haven't had an iPhone before because I usually use Samsung but I loved the phone and tried it for ten days, unfortunately it kept shutting down and starting back up for no reason, hence the 4*. This happened about six times that I know of in the ten days I had it, while web browsing and also during a phone call and a WhatsApp call. I suspect it was happening more often when I was not actually using it and I did not know. Rather than fuss about with repairs I've sent it back for a refund because it is well within the 30 days and I did not want to lose my right of a refund. The returns process was simple and I've just had a message to say that it's been delivered back to them, so now I'm just waiting for my refund. To be honest I think I was just unlucky this time so as soon as my refund hits my bank account I'll try again and order another one to replace it, maybe a different colour to make sure I don't get the sam ...

    Could not be happier! I liked my iPhone 11 pro I had for 4 years and still think the camera on the 11 pro is superior to the 15 pro, especially for the kind of images I take. So, to get one refurbished that had no scratches on either the front or the back and as far as I can tell works perfectly - is a revelation! Delivery was prompt as well and I can't see myself ever going back to buying new. 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you!!

    I am very happy with my iPhone 11 from Back Market. I am not a big technocratic and but wanted something more reliable than my 6s. I am getting used to it as there are differences.     Must admit felt pretty sceptical about buying a refurbished phone off the internet, however I was recommended by a friend. I purchased a iPhone 11. It was an easy process and quick delivery. The phone is amazing. I am very happy. Thank you Back Market!

    I had never used back market before, but I am so glad I did. The phone I received, is in my honest opinion, excellent! Not a single mark on the screen or back cover. The apple battery is at 87%, which for a refurbished phone is acceptable. I am so happy that when I gave it to my daughter for her birthday present, she was over the moon, she thought it was brand new due to the amazing condition. Really great email updates, I am definitely using back market again.

    Very pleased with my reconditioned phone . The purchase process went very smoothly and it works perfectly . Not even a message from Apple to say ‘unrecognised part etc’ that I have usually always had in the past with other phones 😃

    I was slightly nervous about buying reconditioned. After all, it was a good price but still a lot of money. However I am very happy with the phone. Cosmetically the phone is virtually perfect with no visible marks or scratches whatsoever. It obviously has had a new battery and so the battery life (so far anyway) is brilliant. The only slight problem is it is obviously not an Apple battery which means the phone does not show battery health and displays a ‘not official part’ message. This makes me slightly nervous and made me consider knocking off one star, but if the battery performance continues as it is at the moment I will be more than happy, and overall I’ve been very impressed with the customer service and product.
