Cannot believe how fantastic this second hand iPad is! I visited the Apple Store first to check out prices and try the iPads. Upon checking Back Market, I knew that the price of the refurbished Pro was worth it if it was as good as the blurb indicated. I was hoping and praying it would be in good condition and it absolutely was. It arrived quickly and securely and is brilliant. One absolutely teeny mark on the back that you wouldn’t notice without super close inspection - but the screen and functionality is perfect. So pleased. Even though listed as in 'good' condition it was nearly immaculate! After putting an Otterbox Defender case and screen protector on there's no way you'd know that this wasn't a brand new ipad pro! Arrived very quickly, only downside was the 3rd party 10W charger and cable that came with it instead of the 20W official Apple one, so it's very slow to charge. The Ipad itself is very good quality!! I’m pretty sure it came in an apple refurbished box fully sealed as I chose the pristine condition, After a couple of weeks using it it works amazingly and 100% would recommend buying second hand!! However I’ve also brought a newer Iphone recently as well as an ipad and the trade in process is extremely interesting to say the least, the tracking never updates and the offered amount is extortionately low for what it was worth? I was replacing an old iPad Air 2 that i had had from longer than i can remember. Having purchased refurbished phones from my children rom Backmarket, decided to give and iPad a go. Device was described as "very good" but honestly, I can't see a single mark on the device. The set up was very easy out of the box and a big saving vs buying new from Apple. Nice product in excellent condition as described. Full battery life & fast processor. The only small problem is the glass that had been replaced was not natural to the iPad button being too high for the button. But it is good quality refurbished. Worth the price despite the glass. The difference between second hand (buyer beware!) and refurbished (supplier’s reputation at stake) was very clear throughout the selection and buying process. I’ve got what - to me, at least - is a new iPad for half the new price. So it’s a naff gold back, but I keep it in a fully enclosed case anyway. So it’s a white surround rather than black, but I got used to that in about three seconds. The important elements on my checklist were clearly described, namely a flawless screen and a minimum of 85% of the original battery life. 10 out of 10 for the iPad and for Back Market (not a trace anywhere that it's been refurbished) it must have new everything. All we have to find out now is if my elderly mother takes to it (it might become her new best friend) She struggles with any new technology and her phone is Android. (we got the iPad so she can see the thousands of photos of her great granddaughter on a big screen uploaded to iCloud by our children in Australia She's an exceptionally lucky mother getting an iPad for Christmas (and I'm a very satisfied man knowing that I didn't pay out for a New one which would have been at least twice as much)iPad 10.2 (2019) - WiFiOverall performance

This is the second purchase I bought from back market. And yet again I have been so impressed with the quality and standards of my purchases. I bought this refurbished iPad for my daughter for Christmas and it stated very good condition and to be honest i would class it as perfect condition. Not a single scratch or mark was visible and I think the battery has been replaced too as it shows 100%. It came with a new charger and cable too, not genuine but I am not bothered. If I was going to be really harsh on reviewing it, the only thing I found was that it didn't seem to have been reset, but for the sake of tapping the screen a few times and resetting it myself that is the only thing I could say. Yet again a really great item and so incredibly happy and satisfied with back market and the vendors they represent. I will definitely be back when my phone needs upgrading.
