Cannot believe how fantastic this second hand iPad is! I visited the Apple Store first to check out prices and try the iPads. Upon checking Back Market, I knew that the price of the refurbished Pro was worth it if it was as good as the blurb indicated. I was hoping and praying it would be in good condition and it absolutely was. It arrived quickly and securely and is brilliant. One absolutely teeny mark on the back that you wouldn’t notice without super close inspection - but the screen and functionality is perfect. So pleased. Backmarket is genuinely so good!! My iPad came after literally a day and the condition was so perfect it seems new. The box said apple certified refurbished, and came with instructions, a cable (no adapter though) and the apple stickers. The only weird thing is it wasn’t powdered off before being sent, so the was literally playing audio inside the box before I opened it, but this honestly wasn’t a big deal because the condition was just so good. In terms of the device, I don’t know what I would do without it now and I’ve only had it for 2 weeks. I would recommend to anyone!!iPad Air (2020) - WiFiOverall performance

I was replacing an old iPad Air 2 that i had had from longer than i can remember. Having purchased refurbished phones from my children rom Backmarket, decided to give and iPad a go. Device was described as "very good" but honestly, I can't see a single mark on the device. The set up was very easy out of the box and a big saving vs buying new from Apple. Even though listed as in 'good' condition it was nearly immaculate! After putting an Otterbox Defender case and screen protector on there's no way you'd know that this wasn't a brand new ipad pro! Arrived very quickly, only downside was the 3rd party 10W charger and cable that came with it instead of the 20W official Apple one, so it's very slow to charge. The Ipad itself is very good quality!! I’m pretty sure it came in an apple refurbished box fully sealed as I chose the pristine condition, After a couple of weeks using it it works amazingly and 100% would recommend buying second hand!! However I’ve also brought a newer Iphone recently as well as an ipad and the trade in process is extremely interesting to say the least, the tracking never updates and the offered amount is extortionately low for what it was worth? Initial impressions of the iPad I bought from Back Market are good. Condition for a refurbished tablet could not be faulted and it seems to function all as it should. No way of knowing if paying for faster delivery actually made any difference but it did arrive, well packaged, by the time specified. Bought an excellent quality iPad from here for the Black Friday Sale. They sent a brand new iPad without the charger, paper around the iPad was still on. Works very well, no sign of use. Only downside is that it’s an American device, slightly more expensive to repair if broken but not at all an issue. Very happy with my purchase, saved myself £100 getting it refurbished. This is the second purchase I bought from back market. And yet again I have been so impressed with the quality and standards of my purchases. I bought this refurbished iPad for my daughter for Christmas and it stated very good condition and to be honest i would class it as perfect condition. Not a single scratch or mark was visible and I think the battery has been replaced too as it shows 100%. It came with a new charger and cable too, not genuine but I am not bothered. If I was going to be really harsh on reviewing it, the only thing I found was that it didn't seem to have been reset, but for the sake of tapping the screen a few times and resetting it myself that is the only thing I could say. Yet again a really great item and so incredibly happy and satisfied with back market and the vendors they represent. I will definitely be back when my phone needs upgrading. First time I’ve used Back Market. Ordered 2 IPads for my daughters at Xmas. Superb hot deal price for 2 devices classed as excellent. Delivered the next day and wow. It’s suppose to be refurbished but I’m not sure as they were in a brand new iPad box and both devices appeared to have the original protective film cover surrounded them, they look brand new to me. Absolutely superb, I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.
