    Purchased this phone for my child,as my wife and both have one. Feedback is the Camera and screen quality is excellent and phone processing speed is lightning fast compared to the old P20. All in all a fantastic buy. Customer service is first class, why by new when you can have a refurbished for less.

    The phone is great. Only downside is finding a screen guard to fit the curved screen. It has to be on firmly or the 'home' doesn't work. Neither does the knuckle tap. This is not the problem of back market or Huawei but it's a bit annoying.

    Bought another P30 Pro to replace my 4 year old broken pro. The replacement from Blackmarket was 9/10 excellent. The build quality and performance of Huawei phones are in a league of their own. No need to pay £500+ for phones these days.

    I'm very pleased with the phone. Although it's an old model, the build quality of Huawei phones plus the excellent camera makes it a total bargain. It's my third phone purchase from you and they've all been delivered fast and in excellent new condition.

    Not sure if I should leave definitive opinion yet. But after few weeks I'm really happy. Condition of the phone was better than I expected. And at the moment there's no hardware isuess. Will use your services in the future.

    Really pleased with my purchase. Item was dispatched quickly and I was kept up to date with all communications. Trade in price for my old phone was honoured also. Will definitely use again for my next phone!

    Absolutely thrilled, I went for very good condition and the phone was brand new, sealed in its original box. The phone was completely dead out of the box but has charged fine and is working great with no problems.

    Phone seemed amazing when it arrived, I chose the best quality one. Took a couple of updates but super good set up process and it felt/looked new getting it out the box. Had it for 3 weeks now, the battery isn't as good as I'd hope but you'd expect that with a refurb, however the screen has a glitch which is getting worse and worse. pretty much one in every 4 times I use it, I have to turn the screen off and on again because the touch gets stuck/becomes unresponsive. But worried the problem is just going to escalate. Hopefully I'm just unlucky but I'd recommend people if you get a glitch when you first open the phone, contact them straight away rather that wait and see

    Had the phone a couple of weeks and got a message after an update "battery capacity warning". Don't know if that means the battery is about to die. I haven't had the message again and it's been a couple of days.
