    The tablet was listed as being in excellent condition, and I was extremely happy that it was vindicated. It looked brand new, with no scuff marks on it. Would buy from Back Market again as well as recommend to my friends.

    I never owned a tablet in my life before and I was a bit wary. But I'm absolutely happy now. The process was a bit overwhelming at first as so much is on offer but after finding The One all went smooth and easy and so unbelievable quick. Very happy with the quality of my purchase and the service received.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Item arrived damaged. Reported it on Xmas day as soon as my daughter opened it, switched it on, and we saw the damage. They refused to take responsibility, instead stating that the place where they sourced the tablet had refused to carry out a repair. unbelievably, they even suggested that "if I felt like my relationship with my device had come to an end, they could put me in touch with one of their partners who could give it a new lease of life while giving me some handy cash towards a new device". This was followed by links to the trade in options on the backmarket website. This is shameful and shows a complete lack of interest in customer satisfaction. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD HAVE!
