I was rather sceptic about refurbished items. But this phone I ordered was without scratches n fairly clean which was beyond my expectation. My wife broke her S9+ n she was quite pleased with this replacement. Only comment from her was the battery 'seemed' to deplete quicker than her previous. Delivery was quick. I purchased a replacement Galaxy S9, after having mine for the best part of 5 years it started having issues unlocking and the screen was starting to develop green lines, as I dont need an all singing and dancing phone as I don't use the features anyway other than whatsapp and Googlemaps I thought I would just get another S9 so I could keep my case and stuff, I opted for the slightly more expensive option and selected the "Excellent" condition version, it truely was excellent, not a scratch in sight, battery life is good as well still, would buy from here again and to be honest probably would not go back to O2 after this experience as the contracts cost a fortune and I don't need a new phone that I am paying for a bunch of new stuff I wouldnt use anyway.Galaxy S9Overall performance

The Galaxy S9 arrived in perfect condition, it looked brand new! Bought in November 2021 and still going strong.(Feb 2024) Unfortunately, my screen got accidentally broken so I've ordered another one. I had no hesitation in returning to Back Market to replace my mobile phone and highly recommend the company. Excellent value for money, swift dispatch and well packaged items. Like others I was unsure as to what the phone would be like when it arrived . It was classed as “Fair “ so I was expecting some scratches or knocks to the casing . I needn’t have worried the Samsung S9 + plus was almost like new with very very few feint scratches that you almost can’t see without looking . The phone was for my wife and if I need a phone in the future I would defiantly be back to buy another from Back Market Mant ThanksGalaxy S9+Overall performance

Phone is brilliant. The quality was listed as 'fair' but the only flaw I could see was a few very small superficial scratches near the charging port so I'm very pleased.
