    So far so good, I chose a good condition Galaxy S20 5G and received it the day after. It looked almost new with only one barely discernable mark on the case, and appears to be working fine so far. I spent some time trying to find out if I could use mt existing fast charger as Samsung seem to want you to only use their charger. It would be good if Back Market gave some guidance on chargers as they don't supply them with the reconditioned phones.

    Phone is great and you wouldn't think for a second it's 2nd hand and a refurbished! Looks and works great. The only reason I marking down slightly is due to the company that my old phone was sent to via back market. They took nearly £30 off original offer saying phone was all dented and scratched. This was impossible to have happened during delivery as I'd put the phone in a case completely protected and it was in bubble wrap and padded envelope on top of it. I looked the company up and surprise surprise lots of complaints about them being dodgy and fraudsters and selling stolen phones etc. In a nutshell, back market refurb phone I got is great. But I would think twice before trading in old phones. Back market need to do some checks on who they work with

    Needed to up grade from Samsung a12. However didn't want to spend, money on a new phone. So went for refurbished Samsung S20 128GB. No issues in ordering from black market, process was straight forward. Phone arrived very quickly, well packed. On opening the phone it looks new, can not find any marks or blemishes. So yes very pleased with my phone. Most likely be back, next time i need to change my phone. Thanks to al at BM..

    This is my first experience of buying a refurbished phone. It arrived quickly and was in great condition. During the first day I was concerned about battery life but after all the apps and systems finished updating this was no longer a concern. The phone is really good. But in fairness having paid £230 for a second hand handset - it needed to be. The communication from Back Market has been good too. However, post putchase, I'm now getting too many marketing emails from them. Other than this I will use them again the next time I need to replace my phone.

    Absolutely delighted with my phone. I was very wary of buying a refurbished phone but so happy that I did. The phone came on time, well packaged with charge wire. The phone is fandabidozi so happy with it. Its just like brand new without the fancy box. Would highly recommend buying refurbished and Seller. Thank

    This is my first time buying a refurbished phone and I'm pleased with the one I received, it didn't have a mark on it and even still had the original screen protection in place. However, I'm not a fan of the way the prices regularly fluctuate on the site as I feel it is an unnecessary and exploitative practice for an otherwise valid business model. Also the USB3 cable supplied is very flimsy.

    I bought this phone for my son for Christmas. He didn't even realise it was refurbished. The only give away was lack of Samsung box. The phone is in PERFECT order, looks brand new and I have one happy son. happy days. 😁

    My Samsung Galaxy S20 5G arrived very soon after ordering. I ordered the Excellent condition choice and Excellent is exactly what I got. It couldn't have looked any better had I bought brand new. It was 80% charged when initially switched on so was able to switch Sim from old to new and begin downloading & updating. No glitches found so far & at this time I'm pretty confident that there are none. I would definitely purchase from here again and have already recommended friends to do the same.

    This is my third purchase from Backmarket. Previous two were smartphones as well in Fair and Good condition. They were brilliant. Very happy with this Samsung now too. Came like new and as described in the package. Already more than 6 months works perfect with no issues. Very happy!
