So far so good, I chose a good condition Galaxy S20 5G and received it the day after. It looked almost new with only one barely discernable mark on the case, and appears to be working fine so far. I spent some time trying to find out if I could use mt existing fast charger as Samsung seem to want you to only use their charger. It would be good if Back Market gave some guidance on chargers as they don't supply them with the reconditioned phones.Galaxy S20 5GOverall performance

I ordered A Samsung Galaxy A54 5g refurbished. In "excellent condition". To me the phone looks brand new in the original packaging. I saved over £150. My only small gripe is that the sim no. In settings shows a different number which I can't change.Galaxy A54Overall performance

Entirely satisfied with my refurbished purchase from Back Market. Looked like new, a ghost of previous ownership in the form of a vodaphone app and Irish news feeds, which have faded away as the phone has identified me from login to the variety of social media and the middle England location data now populating it. Took advantage of the excellent value 2 year accidental damage plan and, with my Galaxy A41 in a sturdy wrap-around case, hope never to have to test it out. The purchase was smooth and efficient and my phone arrived within a few days. The description of the condition was ‘very good’ and I can state that it was exactly that with only a minuscule scratch near the edge of the screen. Bought a Galaxy S20 FE from BackMarket in the summer and it was in fantastic condition...so pleased with it. Brought it out to Africa and within 3 months it had been dropped and destroyed. Quickly got online and ordered another from BackMarket. Thankfully it arrived with friends in only a few days and they were able to bring it out to me. Yet again, excellent service and a fabulous phone in pristine condition. Will never buy new for as long as you are selling such great quality reconditioned phones. I bought the refurbished Samsung A71 for my wife, as she kept on complaining that the camera on my A71 were far superior to the ones her phone produced. First delivery: we were away from home and not due back until Sunday 24th March 2024. Late pm on the previous Friday (22nd), I placed the order, having noted that the scheduled delivery will be either Monday 25th or Tuesday 26th. The first delivery attempt was on the Saturday, the second on the Sunday (an hour before we got home), and the third and successful delivery was on the Monday. Am I complaining? No, certainly not, thank you for the prompt service. Second, the phone: The only indication that the phone wasn't brand new was the back-plate; but as my wife uses a cover, who cares? It was easy to set up and my wife is pleased with it. Phew! A new-ish A71 for half the price of a new one; thank you Back Market.Galaxy A71Overall performance
