During the period when I could have returned the item, your system denied that I had ordered anything so I was unable to access any advice. The first time I tried to remove the lid, a small piece of the plastic sheared off. The item came without any instructions for use or cleaning and on contacting the Zanussi helpline, I was told they no longer provided instructions for the type of device in question. Its a great idea to refurbish items, but I've been disappointed with the aftersales help, and couldn't say for sure that I'd use the site again.Blenders Zanussi ZBL-920-RD L - BlackOverall performance
