    Phone in good condition, battery running down so quickly have tried all the suggestions but battery life not good. Not good I’m afraid the battery needs to be good or wharves the point of selling this item?

    your customer service response is zero. your promptness is zero. Am so disappointed that 1 week after making a purchase, the product still cannot be traced. please I want my money back. i only received just one message from your customer service team and nothing more. Is this how you treat people after collecting their money? please let me have my money so i can go and buy my phone else where because you guys are now too big and dont need more customers.
