    iphone 12 was purchased for a family member and i chose the excellent condition handset. Phone was delivered within a few days and it was perfect! Screen and general handset had zero blemishes etc, it started up like a brand new iphone with the set up as you would expect with a new device. Of course saved some money buying a refurbished device but it also reduces the general environmental impact you would associate with a brand new phone. The only thing that would make this better would be if the phone came in an apple box. I bought one on line to put the phone in (a tenner online!) Would recommend buying a refurb through back market.

    Aye my refurbished iPhone 13 is grand. Phone came quickly and well wrapped. It’s a Fair model so it has bumps and paint scrapes but no dents or bashes. The battery goes up to 100% which I’m chuffed about. Refurbished phones are definitely the way forward. Has taken a bit of time going from a Samsung to Apple, no proper back button and the set up of picture scrolling and a few other things aren’t as good. Will probably go back to Samsung with my next phone but wanted to try Apple for once. Would highly recommend BackMarket, good little unit altogether.

    This the first time I have bought a refurbished phone and was wondering whether this was something I would regret. The Apple iPhone 12 described as “good” arrived promptly the next day. It was well packaged and I was delighted that it was in pristine condition. No marks or scratches that I could see. The battery was 100%. This has exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to buy again.

    I opted for the "excellent" rated iPhone 13 pro thinking I'd be getting something close to a like new recycled iPhone. I was a little disappointed that the phone had a few bits of dirt and grime around the lens and speaker. Nothing I could not clean off myself. And in fairness other than this the iPhone is is in excellent condition. When I managed to update to my previous settings (which was an ordeal but largely due to Apple and iOS 17.1 and no fault of backmarket nor with the iPhone) I learnt the battery health is only 87% which again was a little disappointing although within the boundaries backmarket sets. So overall the iPhone is perfectly as described and is a substantial upgrade on my old one at a fraction of the new price. I have no real complaints and will no doubt by refurbished again in the future. The communication from backmarket has been perfect too. If you are on the fence as to whether to buy refurbished or not I'd say go for it based on my experience.

    Decided to try out a refurbished phone and have to say i'm really impressed. went for an iPhone 12 in "good" condition and it's in perfect condition. Battery percentage is at 85% but i don't mind that as i know it will still have an original apple battery

    Great refurbished iPhone 12, fast delivery and a good price. As described in good condition with no marks to the screen, however I keep getting an alert in settings saying it may have a non apple battery. This isn’t an issue, just wish the red 1 would go off the settings app. Overall a good purchase and would use this company again and recommend them.

    I ordered a "Fair" refurbished iPhone 12 Pro Max and I am very pleased with my purchase. The phone arrived quickly and looks brand new, the only slight issue is that the camera has been unrecognised by apple as I think it was replaced but it works just fine.

    Had to upgrade from an iphone 7 for compatibility with an Apple Watch : decided to purchase a refurbished iphone 11 from Back Market after seeing positive reviews The phone arrived within 48 hours good communications and looks brand new.. Battery not apple recognised but keeps a good charge Very impressed would highly recommend Back Market

    iphone 12 pro Fair grade 》 Iphone 12 pro excellent grade. I just want to say it my first experience buying used refurbished mobile. i have been buying brand new apple from more then 10 years and i'm the kind pf person who loves keeping the gadgets mobiles laptops in a flawless condition. i came across this site and accidently ordered a fare grade mobile which was very rough and according to the website description. After one of receiving the order I came to know the site has option to select grades so I immediately returned the device. Then I reordered the same phone from same seller in excellent grade and seriously I'm amazed with conditioned it really give you a brand new phone vibe. Cons: customer support not responds timely. no helpline no to call very canned responses. can improve packaging a bit battery health are okay first phone was 83 and the next one i reordered was 84 pros you can get a phone exactly according to your budeget 12 months warranty plus extended covers as well for 35£ very cheap recommendation. dont go for fair grade you wont like that but they have very clear details about each single grade so atleast go good grade or excellent. i got my excellent grad ...
