The purchase process and the handling of the shipment were perfect. The appearance and performance of the smartphone is quite acceptable. The worst thing is that the battery lasts very little. I have never had this phone in new version so I do not know if it is a factory or reconditioned problem but the truth is that the battery life is quite poor.
