    Quality - Was good, sturdy build and good feel. Good Product - Got what I ordered and as soon. Good Cleanliness - Poor, Very Poor, Still had previous dust, Dead skin cells, debris inside the keyboard, Mouse pad, Screen. Overall Dust settled everywhere on the laptop. Had to spray it down to all the way to clean it. Packaging - Well Packed, Secured within the package, not broken or damaged. Delivery - Effective and on Time. Easiness of Buying - Very Easy to buy and browsing of the website. Cost - Very affordable and range of options Allowed the flexibility of budget. just because I bought it second hand does not mean you got pass all the dirt and debris and sh** from previous owners. I was so embarrassed as I purchased this as gift 🎁 but the hair and dust covered laptop 😞 said something else.
