The ordering process was very easy. The delivery arrived within a couple of (working) days as noted on the order confirmation. The only issue was the time line tracker didn't update, and was still showing being prepared as it was being delivered... good job I was in...! The phone itself looks brand new, arrived with a 50% charge & charged to full quickly - but not tested it to the full yet.
