When I initially opened the box I was slightly disappointed at the condition (I ordered excellent) but quickly realised it is 4 years old & refurbished after all- brand new quality comes at brand new prices. There are some marks on the screen (maybe from where there’s been stickers) but everything works as it should, it’s rapid, & mainly has no problem keeping up with my work load - Recording bands etc Absolutely love this machine & would recommend Backmarket to anyone!

My macbook 2020 13.3 - inch 16GB SSD 512 QWERTY arrived today and it was in good condition. Looked brand new with barely any scratches. Hard to tell it has been refurbished (I ordered good). Initially had challenges with mac not coming on but was able to fix that quickly following the online support instructions. Super pleased with the excellent service and smooth process. Purchased a good and I can honestly say that it was in excellent condition almost, it had a slight scratch on the Apple logo but honestly it’s hardly noticeable. I’m completely happy with my new laptop and grateful to the provider. Highly recommend.
