The MacBook Pro 13" arrived and looked great - but unfortunately the space bar didn't work. The customer support team were really helpful and arranged my return for repair. Somehow, the laptop get returned back to me without repair which was disappointing, but I was offered a full refund and again the return was arranged for me. I received updates via chat so I knew what was happening along the way, so the communication was excellent. due to this, I had no concerns about purchasing a replacement laptop from the site, which has arrived and works perfectly.

Hi there, I purchased a MacBook Pro 13inch 2017 laptop and I’ve only had the laptop for 2 weeks and 3 days. The laptop just shut down and it hasn’t managed to work since. I’ve tried to turn the MacBook back on and charging it but it hasn’t worked or turned back on. I’m really disappointed as it’s my first purchase with your website.
