loads of information about the spec and appearance, mine looked like new! My first Mac so steep learning curve for me, I assumed a back up hard drive would work to take my PC onto Mac but not. I expect there is a way but I didn’t want everything imported but of course not the fault of back market! I had already had an Iphone from back market which had a fault and was replaced straight away. I haven’t found anything wrong with my glorious macbook and am getting to know it now. 10/10 for backmarket keeping it all flowing around and out of land fill.

Just like brand new and t’s been working fine so far. I love it. Came in apple packaging and with charger.

The product itself was really good. I bought the excellent condition and it was pretty much perfect looks wise and performance wise. However one downside for me was that I wasn’t expecting the battery health to be as low as it was, sitting at about 84%. I sort of assumed when buying excellent condition that the battery health was gonna also be pretty much perfect or at least about 90%. Apart from that everything was perfect.

I ordered this Macbook in Excellent Condition and it arrived brand new, not even one charge cycle. Very happy with this product!!

Really happy with the product, performs as new, and super-prompt delivery. I used the trade-in option for the first time, that was straightforward as well.
