Article parfaitement conforme, reçu rapidement sans emballage d origine, et un chargeur . J avais choisi parfait état et je n ai pas été déçu , il ne présentait aucun défauts apparent. Dans un état proche du neuf . Réception rapide et article conforme à la description. L’ordinateur fonctionne très bien et il est très agréable à utiliser. Un seul point négatif le track paf est rayé et cela ne figurait pas dans le descriptif. Voilà ! Tout est parfait, colis soigné, mac propre et opérationnel ... Enfin presque tout car le modèle n'est pas de 2017 comme indiqué mais de 2015 ! Le numéro de érie permet de connaître précisément le modèle et la date de fabrication. Si je ne suis pas déçu par le mac, je trouve cette "erreur" contrariante ... MacBook Air mal reconditionné. Annoncé en AZERTY et en fait en QWERTY. Comme c’était un modèle d'entreprise, on ne peut pas changer le clavier, ni enlever l'option mot de passe.
