MacBook 12-inch (2017) - Core m3 - 8GB SSD 256 QWERTY - English

After a nightmare experience with one I bought a couple of months ago (and had to return), this time it was all good. The item arrived faster than expected (ie next day) and looks to be in as-new condition. Had a few issues setting it up but that was just down to the usual software quirks. It's now up and running and is excellent, reminding me of how much I miss these lightweight little Macbook 12s and wish Apple would launch an updated one.

Really happy about my purchase. Arrived in excellent condition, like new. The initial installation was pretty slow compared to new laptops but after that it's been performing perfectly. Laptop arrived much much earlier than what I was expecting which was fortunate as I cracked the screen of my main laptop the night before it arrived. Overall, really happy and would definitely buy another laptop through them. Thanks so much

This product came in good condition but one of the major issues I had with it was that it came with a password and I had to watch a YouTube video in order to by past this. It was unnecessary stress.

Changed mind about item and decided to return it. Returning it was quick and simple.

Das Paket ist völlig verloren gegangen. Erst sagt DHL, dass es nicht zugestellt werden kann (ich war den ganzen Tag zu Hause), und dann am zweiten Tag sagt es, dass es zugestellt wurde, aber ich habe nichts bekommen (ich war immer noch den ganzen Tag zu Hause). Ich habe zur gleichen Zeit ein Ipad bestellt, das am gleichen Tag mit dem gleichen Lieferservice sicher ankam - und das ist DHL! Ich habe mich an DHL gewandt, die mir keine nützlichen Informationen geben konnten und mich fragten, ich solle mich an den Verkäufer wenden. Back Market hat mich gefragt, ich soll DHL kontaktieren - was für eine blöde Schleife!!!!!! Ich weiß nicht, was ich sagen soll!!!!!
