the product only I saw it for the return and turn on for the photo,but it looked very good as everything I bought in backmarket,the only thing to apologize to the seller for my mistake to be wrong product and I commented q I need more ram memory and q is of the year 2017,I said a thousand apologies and as soon as I receive the refund followed I make the new order without errors. I arrived on time, very well packaged with instructions for use, not having ninqun scratch NOTHING LIKE NEW excellent performance, battery lasts me day and a half I've been using about 20 days a day so far OK. But de hayer I saw q disconnects a lot of wifi from my house do not know if that is a PROBLEM but I will be attentive, anyway I will look at that and if it is a failure and will contact the seller

I bought option 2 of 3 I think it is in good condition. The physical appearance is impeccable, like new. The delivery box is not the most glamorous because it is not the original packaging but I did not expect more for the price. Everything goes well except the keyboard which looks a bit clogged but it will have to be cleaned. It is fast, the battery is decent although there are small things that are giving me problems like the zoom does not let me share screen and there is no way to fix it or removing firewall or anything. Anyway, it's a Mac from 2015.... But happy with the purchase. I recommend buying refurbished products and the service of this company is impeccable.

The computer works perfectly, and the charger it comes with is original. The battery lasts about a full day of use (about 10 hours of screen time). The seller includes a short tutorial on how to set the computer to Spanish and adjust the keyboard to the language, which was very helpful. I bought it for university and it has been the best investment. The only flaw it has after a year of use is that, when you open it and put the screen at a wide angle, the hinges lose some strength and when you lift the laptop the screen opens even more. But overall I can't find any real fault with it. I would repeat with this seller!

At first it was all in French but well, I had to call Apple support because I did not enter the Apple id, they told me to do all the updates and I let me.otherwise the state and perfect operation.

This is a laptop from 2015. Obviously you can't ask it to run as fast as a 2024 laptop. The battery is fine, as is the performance of the keyboard, screen and ports. If you are looking for a laptop for anything other than basic internet use, Office package or similar...I don't recommend it because it lacks RAM and processor for such demanding programs (Photoshop or video editing, programming with rendering or programs like AutoCAD). In my case I use it to work with light files, to watch streaming videos and I chose it because it is small and manageable to go back and forth. If that's what you're going to use it for, I recommend it 100% if you need an IOS system or just like Mac. Shipping was fast and well packaged. Comes with compatible charger and getting started guide. My experience has been good with the seller.
