We are delighted with this ThinkPad which arrived speedily and in perfect condition. This beauty is not bulky like some laptops, and it is fast enough for all our needs: word processing, web browsing, watching video, emailing. Battery health on arrival was at 98% which is great as there is plenty life in it. It also came with Windows 11 installed which was the icing on the cake. We transferred our files from our old Windows 10 laptop using a USB stick, no problem.

I was really positive to order from black.market after knowing from other friends. This is my very first order and was looking forward to order more in the future but I am really very unhappy with the packaging that the laptop is sent in. It came with a sloppy box which looks like already opened prior delivery. I still haven't opened the box yet which is damaged from outside and sent without any any securesld packaging. I would like you to advise me what to do it.
