I am really very happy, indeed, with my purchase. Tablet looks as good as new with only a couple of microscopic scratches, not visible unless you really examine closely. It is 100% functional and now I have a tablet that I would not have been able to afford new. Thank you for a great service. My only suggestion, to improve the buyer experience, would be to use the Post Office instead of a courier service that is less than reliable.

honestly I was a little apprehensive about buying it because it was labelled as fair condition with scratches and I'm a bit fussy aswell as other reviews on here but wow it came brand spanking new, with the pen working and operating perfectly and the charging cable with it. It wasn't in the original box but honestly, I am definitely not complaining, so worth the almost £700 price difference with brand new purchase.

awesome device in great condition! the pen battery only lasts about a day of no use tho instead of a week so not too great. I'm not sure if the pen is actually original as it says China on it... but the tablet works fine so far
