So far so good. Easy order and delivery process. First impressions are the tablet is in the expected condition. Hopefully it also works as intended. I will update once it has been used properly.

The tablet I bought (Samsung Galaxy tab Active Pro) was missing an important accessory. I returned the item and received a refund very quickly. Finally, I realised that the price was quite high! 249 for this refurbished tablet, whereas I've just found a brand new, sealed Samsung Galaxy tab Active4 Pro for £329 (eBay).

I bought the tablet in excellent condition and it came as good as new. The parcel took 3 days to arrive. It was my first purchase from Back Market and I was very satisfied.

Unfortunately, the tablet was delivered without the pictured case / pen. In fact, the description does not state that these were included. When we unpacked it for the first time, we missed them. Apart from that, the tablet is in great condition, the battery feels like new and you can't tell from the outside that there was a previous owner.

So far, and in the absence of more operating time, I am very satisfied with the purchase. The exterior condition of the tablet is superb. Thank you very much. Regards.

Unfortunately, contrary to the description, there were some deep scratches in the display. With extra protective film it is now ok but the description of the condition was unfortunately not correct. Furthermore, no documents were delivered with the tablet. I would have liked to have a purchase confirmation with the device number or similar for my documents for a possible warranty claim.
