    Really disappointed - I paid extra to receive a 'good' quality laptop, but it was in poor condition when it arrived - covered in scratches, with a broken finger print sensor, broken mouse, and several software issues. When I reached out to customer support it turned out that the laptop I had been sold was not actually refurbished - it was just second hand. This was not what I was advertised, and not what I paid for. The seller offered a discount of £20, which is inadequate. I would have paid £10 less anyway to buy a 'fair' condition laptop from another seller, so an additional £10 discount doesn't start to cover the poor condition of the laptop, its broken parts, and the fact it has not been refurbished. I would not trust this seller again.
