I purchased a laptop from Back Market, but it won't start and is stuck on a blue screen, "trying to connect to Microsoft". I’ve tried everything, but no luck. When I went to ask for help, my order wasn’t even listed under "My Orders," so I couldn’t request assistance or initiate a return. Additionally, there is no phone number to reach customer support. My son needs this laptop for university, which starts next week, and now I’m having to buy another one, hoping I can return this one to Back Market. I request that you consider providing a customer service phone number for easier communication in such situations. Written on 11th Sept 2024
