By pairing the Fire Tablet Keyboard with the Fire HDX 8.9, you gain access to all the great extras we packed into this slim device. We integrated a trackpad so when you’re using the keyboard, you don’t have to touch the screen unless you want to. The trackpad also makes fine-detail operations like selecting text a breeze. Shortcut keys provide access to frequent tasks such as navigating the device, launching email and shopping apps, and controlling video and music playback and volume.

Instant Search allows you to search your Fire tablet and the web from a single keystroke, putting information at your fingertips. Simply type in what you’re looking for, and your Fire will display all matching results from your tablet and the web.

Easy Integration & Setup with Origami Case
We designed the Fire Keyboard to integrate seamlessly with the New Fire HDX 8.9 and our Origami case, with a magnetic attachment that makes set-up a breeze. While the Fire Keyboard is optimized for use with the Fire HDX 8.9, the basic keyboard functionality works with all Bluetooth-enabled Fire and Android tablets.
