This is my first purchase from back market. I am honestly so impressed! The phone I purchased is absolutely immaculate with 100% battery health. I saved £350 by buying a refurbished phone and I am going to be recommending back market to everyone!

I have to admit that I was nervous about using a site for reconditioned phones but having read a lot of good reviews I decided to give it a go! The process of ordering the phone was very straightforward and I even got a small amount of cash back for my SE2020 with a broken screen! The phone arrived quickly and very well packaged. Transferring my data worked straight away and the phone is as described. I am a little disappointed with battery function; it seems to run down quite quickly, despite reducing the brightness. This could be due to user incompetence! I really like that I have taken the sustainable route this time and would definitely buy from Back Market again, although hopefully I won’t need to too soon!

I was a bit sceptical at first given how much cheaper this was compared to other places, but it arrived with no issues. I got ‘good’ condition and it’s near enough perfect. You can’t tell it’s been refurbished, other than the battery capacity being at 89%. It hasn’t caused any issues though. Great phone and I’m so glad I replaced my iPhone 11 with it. Highly recommend Back Market!

Received my refurbished IPhone 15 , excellent condition and superb delivery from BackMarket. It’s now a few weeks later and the mobile phone is performing really well. I chose to have a new battery and utilise the 80% battery charging option, so keeping the battery in tip top condition without over-charging. Backmarket does provide you with a choice on price and condition which accommodates the various needs and budgets of the buyer … so what’s not to like. Well done Backmarket and thank you.

Really happy with the product. There is almost no sign of use or scratches. I had initially bought an iPhone 13 (Premium grade), but I returned it and got a full refund within a couple of days and bought an iPhone 15 (Excellent grade) which looks almost the same as the Premium grade. The battery capacity is at 86% which is not bad. I had never used an Apple product before, so I didn't have an Apple account. So I had to contact the Apple Support because the previous owner had apparently opened too many accounts with the device and so there was a restriction on opening any new account from the device. It took just 5 mins to fix the problem. When I contacted them and told them that I bought it from BackMarket, they removed the restriction and I could open my account. If you already have an apple account, you don't have to worry.

I’m delighted with my new to me iPhone 15. It looks brand new (I did pick a premium quality) and it was easy to set up. I found the whole ordering and trade in process very easy and Back Market’s website clear and easy to use.
