Yes I’m happy with my purchase however I did get a notification on the screen alerting me “ that your computer has detected a potential problem” and this file (eficheck.dump) appeared also. I will update to the highest OS and see if it sorts itself out. Mark

When I bought this laptop, it was dented with a short battery life & soon it would randomly shut down/switch off. Eventually, it broke but within the year warranty. The SSD could not be found, so I returned it to the seller. Despite it charging & turning on with access to the Utility Disk, the seller claimed 'water damage' and refused to offer a repair, refund or exchange. Fortunately, Backmarket gave me a refund - I believe this was because it was clear I wasn't the reason behind the laptop failing. I would avoid, the seller never once spoke to me during this stressful process – don't trust them! (But thank you Bakcmarket!)
